What this site collects

This is a personal site for a one-person business. It collects as little as possible, and this page describes all of it in plain language rather than in legal boilerplate.

What this site does not do

• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon, and no other measurement script on any page.
• No advertising or tracking pixels, and nothing shared with ad networks.
• No cookies are set by this site, so there is no cookie banner to click through.
• No accounts, no logins, no profiles.
• Your data is never sold, rented or traded. There is no arrangement under which that could happen.

What happens when you contact me

If you email hello@ahtshamjutt.com, I receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. That sits in my mailbox like any other correspondence, and I use it to reply to you and to do the work you asked about.

If the contact form on this site is switched on and you use it, the same information reaches me the same way. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is a bot check rather than a tracker: it looks at the request to decide whether it came from a human, and Cloudflare processes that check on my behalf. The form submission itself is handled by a Cloudflare Worker and delivered to my mailbox. It is not stored in a database on this site, because this site does not have one.

Hosting and server logs

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of a request (IP address, user agent, the URL requested, timestamps) in order to serve the page and to protect against abuse. I do not build profiles from this, and I do not have a separate log of your visit.

Links to other sites

There are links here to GitHub and to other external sites. Once you follow one, you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not mine.

How long I keep things

Correspondence is kept while it is useful: during a project, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case questions come back about work I did. If you want your emails deleted, ask and I will delete them.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@ahtshamjutt.com and say what you want. There is no form and no process to navigate; it is one person reading the message.

Children

This site sells technical services to businesses. It is not aimed at children and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
